Peel and chop coarsely, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Parboil cauliflower (the flowerettes) and moisten all with Mayonnaise. Place on lettuce or endive on shallow platter and make a lattice-work of Tomato Aspic Jelly over the top, forcing it through a pastry bag and tube. Make roses at the intersections with the heavy boiled Mayonnaise No. 4.
