  • 1 oz. bitter chocolate
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups


Melt chocolate in double boiler, and add gradually the sugar and milk. Heat to boiling point and add cornstarch wet with little cold water. Cook over hot water for 20 minutes, mould and chill. Serve with milk or cream.
