  • 2 oz. chocolate
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups


Scrape chocolate, add ½ of the milk and melt over fire, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until dissolved, let come to a boil, then cook slowly for 5 minutes or until a drop poured in cold water forms a soft ball. Let cool slightly, add 1 teaspoon vanilla, and then stir until it begins to grain.
