Cinnamon Stars

• 5 egg whites
• 1 lb. powdered sugar
• 2 t cinnamon

Add sugar to stiffly beaten whites Stir in same direction one-half hour. Add remaining ingredients. Roll one-fourth inch thick, using half flour and half granulated sugar on board Cut out small stars, using star-shaped cookie cutter. Bake in moderate oven. Glaze with powdered sugar thinned with rosewat
