Chop and sweeten a quart of strawberries. Let stand over night and drain off juice.
Add juice from can of pineapple juice of two large oranges, juice of one lemon and four sprigs of crushed mint.
Set on ice for a half day.
Strain and serve with cracked ice.
This is wholesome and refreshing.
