Season meat with salt, pepper, roll in flour and place in hot, greased frying pan; brown on both sides. Cover with boiling water, boil steadily and slowly for ½ hour or until meat is hot in center. Boil hard with cover for a few seconds then slip in Fireless Cooker and allow it to remain 6 or more hours or over night, according to the weight.
