  • ½ cup cream of wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups boiling water

Method

See that the water is actually boiling in a saucepan. Add salt, then cream of wheat gradually. Stir constantly until thick. Cook ½ to ¾ hour over hot water.
