Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 scant teaspoons sugar

Method

Scald the milk. In a sauce pan put the cocoa, sugar and boiling water. Boil one minute, then add it to the scalded milk. Taste, and add more sugar, if needed.
