Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • 2 cups sugar
  • juice of 5 oranges
  • 1 cup tea infusion
  • 1 can grated pineapple
  • 1 quart apollinaris
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 2 cups strawberry syrup

Method

Boil water and sugar to a syrup, 10 minutes, add tea, straw-berry syrup, lemon juice, orange juice and pineapple; let stand ½ hour. Strain and add ice water to make ½ gallons of liquid. Add cherries and Apollinaris, serve in punch-bowl with large piece of ice.
