  • 1 pound sugar
  • 6 lemons, juice
  • 1 cup


Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread when dropped from a spoon. Take from fire and when cool add the juice of the lemons and the grape juice. Let stand over night. When ready to serve add Apollinaris or soda water.
