  • 1 quart cold water
  • ½ pound Canton ginger
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • chopped ice


Chop ginger, add to water and sugar and boil 15 minutes. Add orange and lemon juice, cool, strain and add chopped ice to dilute.
