Ingredients

  • 4 bottles Moselle wine
  • 1 quart champagne
  • 2 quarts pineapple, chopped
  • 1 quart seltzer
  • 1 pound sugar
  • ice

Method

Sugar the chopped pineapple, pour the wine over and let stand several hours on ice to ripen. Place in punch-bowl, add a large piece of ice and the chilled champagne and seltzer. Will serve 25 people.
