  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup gin
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • ½ cup fine ice
  • ½ cup Vichy or seltzer water


Mix sugar, gin and lemon juice, add the ice, stir well. Strain in a tall seltzer glass and fill with Vichy or seltzer water. Serve at once.
