Gin Fizz

• ½ tablespoon sugar
• ¼ cup gin
• ½ lemon (juice

Mix sugar, gin and lemon juice, add the ice, stir well. Strain in a tall seltzer glass and fill with Vichy or seltzer water. Serve at once.
