Ingredients

  • ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

Mix dry ingredients; add egg, well beaten and the butter. Beat well and bake in buttered muffin tins 25 to 30 minutes in hot oven.
