Ingredients

  • cups flour
  • 2 cups sour milk
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and the egg well beaten. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased hot griddle. Brown well on both sides. Serve with butter and Maple Syrup or Sugar Syrup.
