Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot boiled rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Method

Mix the dry ingredients. The beaten yolks are added to the milk. Combine the two mixtures and lastly fold in the beaten whites. Cook as Griddle Cakes.
