Ingredients

  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Method

Mix dry ingredients. The beaten yolks with the milk. Combine the two mixtures, and fold in the whites beaten stiff. Cook same as other Griddle Cakes.
