Ingredients

  • 1 pint flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs, yolks and whites beaten separately
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Method

Mix in the order given, and bake at once on hot, well greased waffle iron. If the batter is too stiff, more milk may be used. Serve with syrup.
