  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Method

Beat eggs slightly, enough to blend the yolks and whites. Add milk and seasoning. Put butter in hot spider; when melted turn in the mixture. As it cooks, draw the edges toward the center with a knife until the whole is set. If desired brown underneath, place on hotter part of the stove. Fold and turn on hot platter.
