  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoon


Make a White Sauce, of the first five ingredients. Separate yolk and white of egg and beat them until light. When the sauce is cool, add the yolk and cut in the white. Turn on heated buttered pan and cook until set.
