  • 1 cake yeast (½ oz.)


Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water and mix with the milk and the rest of the ingredients to a smooth batter.

Let raise in a warm place until very light and bake and serve as Bohemian Pancakes, No. 1. An egg may be added.
