  • 2 matzos
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fat

Method

Mix the pancake batter of the last five ingredients, in the order given. Let water just run over the matzos, then place in oven for a minute. Heat the fat in the spider, spread one side of matzos with batter and fry, batter side down until nicely browned. Spread other side on brown. Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
