Peel and core as many firm, sweet-flavored pears as there are persons to serve. Fill each pear with a Cream Mayonnaise Dressing, into which has been mixed several chopped walnuts, chopped celery and a bit of chopped apple. Serve ice cold and garnish with Maraschino Cherries or cut pears in half lengthwise, core and put dressing in center.
