  • 6 pieces toast of rye bread, cut round
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 12 sardellen


Cut bread round and toast and place on it a slice of tomato on this put 4 half sardellen which have been soaked in water' then a half egg and over this a Mayonnaise dressing It can also be served without the toast. Serve very cold.
