  • 2 oil sardines
  • A dash of Tobasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 round slice toast or buttered bread
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaf


Drain, clean, skin and bone the sardines, place crisp lettuce leaf on bread and butter plate, place bread on top, lay the sardines across and spread over the whole the catsup, lemon juice and the Tobasco Sauce.
