  • 6 marrow bones
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • parsley

Method

Have your butcher cut the marrow bones 3 inches thick and scrape the sides perfectly clean. Place in a hot oven for 6 minutes. Salt and send to table at once. Dress in a parsley bed and serve with toast points.
