Chop mushrooms, add to chicken soup with onion, cook 20 minutes, and rub through a sieve. Reheat. Put butter in sauce pan, add flour when it bubbles add ⅔ cup mushroom and soup liquid, stir in the rest and then add the cream and seasonings
