Grate the corn. Cover the cobs with cold water, and boil 30 minutes then strain. To 1 pint of this corn liquor add the raw corn pulp cook 15 minutes, add the seasoning and milk, hot. Heat the butter, add the flour and gradually the corn mixture; cook 5 minutes longer and serve hot with crackers.
