  • 1 egg
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup water

Method

Beat egg, add the salt and flour and stir until smooth. Pour slowly from end of spoon into boiling soup. Cook 2 or 3 minutes and serve hot; add 1 teaspoon chopped parsley to the soup.
