  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons

Method

Sift dry ingredients, stir in the milk or water and mix to smooth batter. Drop a teaspoonful at a time in the boiling soup; cover kettle, let boil 5 minutes and serve at once.
