Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk or soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter or fat
  • salt
  • Nutmeg, ginger and pepper to taste

Method

Stir butter with the egg, add the seasoning, liquid and enough meal to shape into small balls. Drop into boiling soup 10 minutes before serving.
