  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • A few grains pepper


Rub butter to a cream, add salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Spread over hot broiled fish or steak.
