Tartar Sauce No. 1

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • cup butter

Method

Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire in small bowl and heat over hot water. Brown the butter and strain into it. Serve cold over fish.
