  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot soup stock


Melt butter, add flour, then the seasoning, then cup and gradually the rest of the hot soup stock. Let cook until thick and smooth and serve with hot left over meat.
