Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cold water

Method

Mix the mustard with the water, and stir into the White Sauce, two minutes before serving. Season to taste. More or less mustard may be added as desired. Served hot with meat or fish.
