  • 2 whole eggs, and
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 yolk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, pepper, paprika to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar


Mix dry ingredients, add and mix thoroughly with the eggs, very well beaten and the rest of the ingredients and cook until thick over boiling water, stirring constantly. Add cream to thin.
