  • 3 tablespoons grated horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ¼ cup rich cream


Mix the first four ingredients and add the cream, beaten stiff. Serve cold with cold meat or whole tomatoes as a relish.
