Fish Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold boiled fish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
  • Celery salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

Equal quantities of cold mashed potatoes and shredded cold fish. Mix, season to taste, add the beaten egg, shape in rounds, cook in spider with 2 tablespoons hot butter until nicely browned.
