  • 2 cups cold boiled fish, cut in dice
  • ½ package granulated gelatine
  • ½

Method

Soak gelatine in cold water 2 minutes; add vinegar, lemon juice, boiling water, sugar and salt. Strain and when beginning to set, add remaining ingredients. Turn into mould or small moulds and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves with Mayonnaise Dressing, if desired.
