Ingredients

  • 18 oysters
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 18 mushrooms
  • teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white sauce

Method

Cook the mushrooms a few minutes in hot butter, Place 3 oysters on an oyster shell, then the mushroom, some White Sauce, and seasoning. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and butter and bake until brown.
