  • 12 firm oysters
  • 12 slices bacon (thin)
  • Red pepper
  • Chopped parsley<


Drain well and wipe oysters dry and lay each oyster on a thin slice of bacon. Add a little red pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley, fold bacon around oysters, fasten with a wooden tooth pick. Brown slowly in a frying pan and serve very hot.
