Ingredients

  • lbs. lobster, cut in pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 small piece carrot
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • Cayenne pepper

Method

Cook the onion and carrot chopped fine in the cup of milk, used in making the White Sauce, add the rest of the ingredients, the red wine last. Serve hot.
