Method

Have ham sliced ¼ inch thick. Place slices in boiling water and cook until tender. Put in frying pan with fat and fry until brown; place on hot platter; slip eggs in frying pan and fry gently by dripping hot ham fat over them until done. Take up carefully and lay them on the slices of ham.
