Prick the sausage with a fork, put in a pan, pour on boiling water and cook 1 or 2 minutes. Remove the sausage and dry it. Have ready a fry pan with enough hot fat to cover the bottom. Put in sausage and turn it while cooking, to brown both sides and keep it from bursting open. It requires about 10 minutes to cook.
