Method

Chop cold cooked meat into small pieces, add seasoning to taste—salt, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley; add a Thick White Sauce, and cool. Shape into cylinders and cover with crumbs, egg, and again with crumbs. Cook in deep, hot tat until brown.
