  • ½ lb. dried beef, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fat


If beef is too salty, pour over boiling water and press dry. Heat the fat in a spider, add the meat, let soak a few minutes, add eggs slightly beaten; mix or scramble with the meat and let cook until the eggs are set and serve immediately.
