  • 1 qt. stale bread, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • Liver, gizzard and


Soak the bread in water and squeeze dry. Heat the fat in a spider, add the bread crumbs and fry just a little, add the other ingredients and mix well. Nice for goose or duck.
