  • 1 pt Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup White Sauce


Pick over the little cabbage-like heads, remove wilted leaves, soak in cold water 15 minutes. Cook in boiling, salt water 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain and serve in White Sauce.
