  • 1 bunch stalk celery
  • 1 cup White Sauce
  • 1 qt.


Wash, scrape and cut the outer stalks of the celery into pieces inches long. Cook in boiling, salted water about ½ hour or until tender. Drain and serve with White Sauce.

Reserve the center stalks for table use.
