Ingredients

  • 1 pt. grated corn pulp
  • Cracker crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • A little pepper

Method

Add enough cracker crumbs, sifted, to the corn pulp to hold the mixture together. Mix and drop by spoonfuls in deep, hot fat and fry until brown. Serve hot.
